I currently accept payment via Etsy Direct Checkout where you may use your credit card without having a PayPal account or you can use a debit card, credit card, via PayPal or an Etsy gift card
I aim to ship my products either the same day or the next business day. If it looks like Priority mail is the least expensive shipping method but you don't need the speed of it let me know in a note that First Class is fine, too. That way when I actually weigh the package and it turns out First Class is less expensive I will refund the difference back to you that you paid for Priority mail. Calculated shipping is not precise and for that reason I try to refund any amounts over $1 for paid amounts over the actual USPS charges. Sounds confusing so please feel free to message me if you have any concerns.
Please understand that I have NO control over the USPS. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time please contact me. I will then file a "Missing Package" inquiry to the USPS. They are responsive but their investigations do take time. Please see refund policy below.
I am not responsible for customs charges on internationally shipped items. They are determined by the country being shipped to and are not included in your shipping costs.

REFUNDS: If your package arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days. Proof of damage will be required. It is the sellers discretion to replace the damaged product or issue a refund.

With over 14,000 sales I have had only one package lost by the Postal Service. There have been a few that have been delayed that I have spent hours tracking down to get them to my customers. If you find that your package has not arrived within a weeks time please let me know so that I can began the process to file for a "missing package" inquiry.
NO REFUNDS will be issued until I have a final statement from USPS that the package can not be found. No replacement packages can be sent unless the product is still available and you wish to purchase it again. All of this process via USPS can take as long as 30 days but it has been my experience that I have a response from them within a weeks time. Lost packages are frustrating but please keep in mind that they are beyond my control. As a shop owner I will work with USPS to find them so I ask for your patience while that process happens.
